Laundry Care Guide

The way you care for your laundry influences how it looks, feels and smells. In this guide, we share the tips we personally use to get the most out of your laundry perfume and enjoy its scent to the fullest.

Air Dry Indoors Whenever Possible

For the longest lasting scent experience, allow your laundry to dry indoors.

Once dry, fold your laundry and store it in a closed cupboard. This helps preserve the fragrance and allows it to remain present for longer.

Tumble drying and outdoor drying are both possible, but may soften the fragrance. Outdoor drying often replaces the scent with the smell of fresh outdoor air, regardless of the products used.

Keep Fabrics Truly Clean

Fragrance performs best on clean fabrics.

When odours, sweat and bacteria build up over time, fragrance can mix with unwanted smells rather than enhance freshness.

For sportswear and heavily used fabrics, an occasional deeper clean can help. Soaking fabrics in water with natural vinegar or washing soda before washing can help reduce lingering odours.

Give Laundry Room To Move

Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Your laundry needs enough space for water, detergent and laundry perfume to circulate properly. A balanced load improves cleaning performance and allows the scent to distribute more evenly throughout the fabrics.

Care For Sportswear Differently

Sportswear requires a different approach than everyday laundry.

Technical fabrics can hold odours deep within their fibres. Focus on neutralising unwanted odours first, then add fragrance afterwards.

The cleaner the fabric, the better the fragrance experience.

Consistency Matters

Regular washing prevents odours from building up over time.

Keeping up with your laundry routine means fewer intensive treatments are needed and helps fabrics remain fresh, comfortable and ready to use.

Let Fragrance Settle

Fragrance continues to develop after washing.

Allowing fabrics to dry, rest and be stored properly gives the scent time to settle naturally into the fibres and reveal its full character.
