Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We carefully prepare and ship each Laundique order with attention and care. Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are generally dispatched on the next business day. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary. In all cases, orders are dispatched within the legally permitted timeframe as stated in our General Terms and Conditions.
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped at a standard rate of €7.95. Shipping is free on orders of €55 or more.
Orders to Belgium are shipped at a standard rate of €9.95.
The Discovery Sample Set is shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders to Belgium, a shipping rate of €4.95 applies to the Discovery Sample Set.
Shipping options and applicable costs are displayed during checkout.
We are currently working on expanding shipping across the European Union and internationally. If you would like to order from a country that is not currently available at checkout, please contact us at info@laundique.nl. We will be happy to explore the available shipping options.
Orders are shipped using reliable shipping partners. Where applicable, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer during checkout. Laundique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with Laundique until the moment the order has been delivered to you or a representative designated by you.
Delivery issues and damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incomplete, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the packaging, the product and the visible damage so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Laundique laundry perfumes can only be returned if the bottle is completely unopened and fully sealed. The shipping box may be opened for inspection, but the product itself must remain unopened at all times. The cap may not be unscrewed and the safety seal or label placed on or over the cap must remain intact. Once the bottle has been opened or the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal lapses and the product can no longer be returned.
This policy applies to all Laundique laundry perfumes, as these products cannot be resold once opened due to hygiene considerations and the risk of leakage.
How to return an item
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the withdrawal period by email at info@laundique.nl or by using the model withdrawal form, if applicable.
After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included, and packed securely to prevent leakage. The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If a more expensive delivery option was selected than the standard delivery offered, Laundique is not obliged to refund the additional costs.
