Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Laundique laundry perfumes can only be returned if the bottle is completely unopened and fully sealed. The cap may not be unscrewed and the safety seal or label must remain intact. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within the withdrawal period at info@laundique.nl. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification, using the original payment method.
